Dr. Barbara “Bobbi” Sherrod is the Director of Programs at Friends of Guest House, where she leads comprehensive reentry services for formerly incarcerated women. She holds a master’s in Negotiations and Conflict Management and a doctorate in Urban Educational Leadership from Morgan State University. She brings extensive experience in program development and trauma-informed care. Before joining Friends of Guest House, Dr. Sherrod served in leadership roles with Restorative Response Baltimore, where she managed the organization’s school-based and community programs focused on restorative justice training, implementation, and policy initiatives. Her work has consistently focused on reducing recidivism and empowering people in marginalized communities to achieve stability and independence through evidence-based programming and strategic partnerships.
