Melody Britt joined Friends of Guest House in May 2026 as Director of Operations. She is a dedicated operations leader known for her loyalty, perseverance, and passion for making a meaningful impact. As Director of Operations, she leads the organization’s daily operations, including back-office management, staff relations, strategic planning, and financial administration. She is recognized for stepping into new environments, building trust quickly, and creating positive momentum through strong leadership and high standards for success. Melody holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, and remains committed to continuous growth while uplifting those around her.
