Ted Lee joined Guest House staff in November 2023 as a Case Manager. Ted became the Director of Case Management in May 2024. Ted’s work experience includes five years of Substance Abuse Counseling, Peer Recovery Support, and Utilization Review. Ted’s style is to maintain a calm demeaner, and a sense of humor, while building genuine rapport with the clients. Ted helps the residents access and incorporate formalized and informal care services, overcome obstacles to services, and transition between services. Ted did an internship at Fairfax County Detoxification Center and worked in two inpatient programs in Washington DC: Clean and Sober Streets and Regional Addiction Program (RAP).
Education: Master of Business Administration from UMUC, Certificate of Substance Abuse Counselor at Northern Virginia Community College, and a BA in Political Science from William and Mary.
